The aim of central project management is to lead projects to success. This includes the entirety of management tasks, management organization, management techniques and resources for the initiation, definition, planning, control and completion of projects.
We manage, coordinate and monitor strategic and operational projects. These include central projects initiated by the Management Board as well as complex cross-divisional and cross-company issues
